Business Development/Capture Manager:
Twenty-plus years experience with technical degree and proven track record in business development. Prefer experience with Redstone-based agencies such as AMRDEC, RTC and MDA. Relevant experience in potential new business area will be considered.
Will stay abreast of business opportunities in Huntsville, Elgin, Dayton, DC/Maryland/Virginia, and other key areas. Will make visits to identified government leads in these areas to discuss SimTech capabilities and customer needs or future procurements. Will work with SimTech CEO and managers to define short and long term business plans. Will attend industry briefings for potential business, as approved by SimTech CEO.
Will lead proposal efforts, working with SimTech managers to acquire needed technical information, assuring that RFP/RFQ requirements and deadlines are met. Will work with Accounting Office and CEO to assure proposal cost information is prepared in accordance with contract requirements and SimTech labor rates.
Base salary with full benefits; profit-sharing based on new business as defined and approved by the SimTech board.
Program Control and Contracts Analyst:
Duties will include supporting Program Manager, task leaders/managers and SimTech Accounting Office in assuring all contract deliverables are met. Will analyze existing task hours, expiration dates, and make recommendations to task leaders and program manager. Will assist Program Manager and Accounting office in assuring that all policies and procedures are followed, including assisting with monthly reviews. Will maintain SimTech contract data files, assuring all agreements are fully signed, and providing reminders to Program Manager and Accounting Office of upcoming contract expirations.
Experience working in AMCOM Express tasking environment preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field or minimum of five years' relevant experience required. Must be adept with standard spreadsheet software. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to gather, analyze and summarize data to develop appropriate recommendations. Ability to work independently, yet recognize importance of team cooperation. Knowledge of Standard Cost Accounting principles preferred. Working Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations preferred.
Senior Software Engineer:
Responsible for porting digital simulation components, including 6DOF and autopilot models, to realtime for HIL. Interfaces multiple simulation components operating on various networked computers to provide HIL facility operations. Develop and operate synthetic line of sight algorithms for seeker testing. Analyze simulation outputs to assure proper facility operation. Software skills should include Fortran, C, C++.
Minimum fifteen years experience.
Software Engineer:
Responsible for operation and maintenance of facility control software for established HIL laboratory. Port software to upgraded facility computers as needed. Interfaces multiple simulation components operating on various networked computers to provide HIL facility operations. Software skills should include Fortran, C, C++.
Minimum five years experience.
